I always have a good experience. Wait time is a bit long,but they do let you know ahead of time so its basically up to you if you want to wait. My kids love it and the Drs and staff are very nice and patient with the kiddos.

They say to put 2 hours aside for your appt. The reason is not that the exam itself takes long, it's the wait time. They must be double or even triple booking appt times for people. We waited an hour just to be seen by the nurse. 2 families got called before us even though they checked in after us. When we finally saw the nurse it was for 5mins. Waited another ten minutes back in the waiting room before getting called to the back to see the nurse practicioner. Waited about another hour in the exam room for the nurse practicioner to come into the room. There are video cameras inside the exam rooms, made me feel uncomfortable. In total we spent 2.5 hours here for a visit with the nurse practitioner that took 10mins. There's no reason that 95% of your time at a doctor's office should be spent waiting this long. If you have a referral for this place from your primary care doctor, try to get some other place, this one is the worst.

Had a wonderful experiences with the staff and of course the doctors. Treated my kids wonderful. But hated the fact that they're closing times say 6:00. Arrived at 5:00 only to find out that they closed early due to a holiday being on Monday. Ridiculous! My advice call in advance and make sure the are there!
