I went to this spot after two other optometrist to have my daughter’s glasses repaired. We were greeted quickly and friendly by a young woman, later I learned her name was Taylor. Unfortunately, she was not able to help us. She stated our issue was non-repairable. She was not very helpful much less friendly.We thanked her and went to our car. We were about to drive off when a different employee, Rosie, came out to suggest TWO other options. We were grateful to learn there were options. We agreed and she said come back in thirty minutes. She was right !! She fixed our problem. Thank goddess for employees like her, ALWAYS trying to help a customer.

Dr. Lu is the greatest. We use to commute from Whittier to Chino Hills for this Doctor. Now we come from Riverside. Highly recommended.

Literally the worst. Was promised my contacts and eye glasses in a week. TWO weeks later they NEVER EVEN ORDERED THEM !!! Never mind I called on the previous Friday to track down my order... "they'll be here Monday".... nope... didnt even order them. And they literally cant even find your chart when you go in. Office is so unorganized, totally unprofessional...utterly the worst

Needed to get my sunglasses repaired (missing arm n screws) they fixed it the same day and I was very satisfied w/ the results!!

We have been going to Dr. Lucy Lu’s Optometry for since 2008-2009. They have taken care of our now adult children. We tried going to someone else when we moved up the hill but it didn’t work out. Making the drive from up the hill is worth it. The staff is always so friendly and prompt.

Very disappointed with this office. Their voicemail clearly states they are open on Saturdays, yet I’ve called multiple times with no answer. I also drove there in person several times, only to find the office closed. I travel from far away, so it’s extremely frustrating to waste my time and gas because of inaccurate business hours and poor communication. I will definitely be changing my optometrist.

Extremely disappointed. I was a loyal customer of this optometrist for over five years, and this is how they chose to treat a long-time customer. I ordered a pair of glasses and was told they would be ready in two weeks. After waiting three weeks, I had to call because no one contacted me. That’s when I was told my glasses had been lost in the warehouse. I was told someone would get back to me with an update. No one ever did. I called again and spoke directly with the office manager. I explained how frustrating the situation had been and asked if they could offer any type of discount or courtesy because of the inconvenience. Her response was essentially that there was nothing they could do and that I should just come in and pick up my refund. When I arrived at the office, I wasn’t greeted with an apology. No one said, “We’re sorry for the inconvenience,” or acknowledged the frustration this caused. After more than five years as a loyal customer, that lack of basic customer service was incredibly disappointing. Mistakes happen. Losing an order can happen. But failing to communicate, failing to follow up, showing no empathy, and making no effort to make things right is unacceptable. This experience made it clear that customer loyalty means very little to this office. I have taken my business elsewhere and will never return. I cannot recommend this office based on the way I was treated.

ive been coming to chino hills optometry since 2010, everyone is friendly. even when I was living in any other state I would come in get my exam order my glasses and then pick them up next time I was in town

Ignore all the one star reviews, old and lame. This place is busy because they’re great. Super happy with the Dr’s and staff too !! My wife son and I have been going here for at least 18 years - THX 😊

Called at least 3 different optometrists within 4 miles, needed glasses/eyes checked, called, someone picked up, went there, got checked, paid for new set of glasses, happy! They are worth your business for a fair price.

VERY disappointed! It took 5 weeks for glasses to come in, ironically one day after we threatened to get our money back if they weren't in by the next day. Lo and behold...we got a call the next day that glasses glasses were in. Nearly $500 and they were completely USELESS! They claimed the prescription must be wrong. Nope. Took the same RX to another optician...glasses are perfect at less than half the price. Save yourself the trouble.

The $30 additional charges are just a way to make extra money. The place is run down and dirty.

Very pleased with this optometrist. Very friendly staff, great selection of glasses and very quick turn around for contacts and glasses. As long as I live in chino hills, this place will have my business.

My wife and I have gone to them for years, and we value the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great eye care, good prices , and we know they value our business and see us as friends.

They are truly amazing and helpful, Rosie is top notch in helping you with insurance and getting best possible price. Eye exam Doctors are friendly and so helpful in results and suggestions. Me and wife's to go to place.
