Looks like I'm not alone on the rudness of the front staff and seems that management doesn't care about reviews. I've been going hear many years and it's the same rude ladies so I have finally decided to stop giving them my money. Definitely not recommending anyone to go there

Honestly super unprofessional and no one seems to know what’s going on with anyone in the front desk. This was my first time coming here. My exam was great and simple. I picked out my glasses and called it a day. When I pick them up, my glasses came scratched. Mind you I’ve waited a whole month before I received them. Had to call them every other week for any type of update. Didn’t notice the scratch till I drove off and put them on. Drove right back and the taller blonde older receptionist looked at them went to talk to her boss and “lab” on a replacement. Told me it would be about two weeks and still no word on nothing. Absolute joke at this point. Never coming here again.

Extremely unprofessional, was told told to be there a certain time for my family and my appointment. Upon arrival I was told I missed my appointment by an hour. Was previously told twice to come in at 1015 am. Get there at 10am to find out my appointment was at 9am when I was never told 9am Even txt msg said 1015am Now due to thier unprofessional work ethic, I have to wear these scratched up glasses that don't allow me to see at night. This place sucks. No wonder there are so many bad reviews. Don't waste ur time like I did.
