My experiences with Dr Olivetti have been nothing short of exceptional. She is pleasant, courteous and took the time to listen to my concerns and was extremely professional and communicative in recommending a strategy to maintain my good eye health. I strongly recommend Dr Olivetti.

Had to wait 1hour after my appointment to be seen. Yes I was on time for my appointment. They ALWAYS run behind. I’m also not happy with my experience with the doctor. I’ve been going there around 10 months and still no real answers to my problems with my eye. Constantly paying copays and wasting money on rxs that do not help.

Dr. Olivetti has provided professional and effective services for my eye care. She has guided me through important decisions and follow-up for longterm success. I appreciate her consideration and support. Thanks!

The doctor was very good. I've been going there for a number of years and really appreciate the services rendered, but I was a little bit perplexed that they are now charging an additional $50 to get a prescription during an annual check up. Already paid a $52 co-pay with my insurance only to get hit with another $50 for a written piece of paper/prescription. Looks like I need to find another eye doctor or outlet to cake care of my annual check ups.

Dr. Olivetti has been my eye doctor for many years. She is an amazing doctor, very caring and has always helped me! If you want the best care for your eyes, get an appointment with Dr. Olivetti‼️

Doctor Olivetti is very patient, understanding and sympathetic to your needs. I suffer from extremely dry eye from Sjogrens and when my flare ups are really bad, she knows exactly how to help me! Very knowledgeable and kind!

I was away for a few years because of insurance, but now I'm back under Dr Olivetti's eye care. She remembered me and was her usual kind and professional self. She is great even though she reminds me to use my eye drops for dry eye every time. Glad to be back.

She was awesome she explained everything in layman's terms instead of Dr talk. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who asks.

Was under the impression my vision impairment due to syphilis was covered by my insurance as well as my referral apparently not. Will not be returning for services.

I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time. I went to the check in desk to ask if I signed in incorrectly as I had not been called yet. She looked. E up & said I was checked in. I asked why such a long wait. I was told if could be a 1 to 2 hr wait as every appointment is different. I started to answer. She rude said have you ever been here before? I said yes for the past 30years. When i was finally called back I asked the girl what was the delay. She told. E they are short staffed & running behind. She also was so rude to me I asked to talk to her supervisor. She said she wasn't available. I finally saw " Christine Olivette after 90 minutes past my appointment. She was very kind and saw me quickly. I should have told her I was treated. I didn't as I was so upset by this time. Very unprofessional office.

She saw my dad for several styes. She was so informative and had a great sense of humour with him. Her medical assistant was hilarious as well.

Dr. Olivetti is the most pleasant doctor I have ever known. But she is also an excellent doctor. I see her yearly and she is very skilled and very encouraging.

The three ladies who ran tests on my eyes were pleasant and good at answering my questions. Dr Christina Olivetti was very thorough and helpful to me in caring for my very dry eyes.

Dr Olivetti was not friendly. The office staff was also not friendly. It felt like we were all cattle waiting to be called. Dr. Olivetti gave me the wrong eyeglass prescription which I only found out after going to another eye dr.

Doc was great, but I had a 38 minute wait time>
