Dr. Ogalla was disrespectful and unprofessional. He didn't answer when I asked what the issue was. I spoke with the manager and he still had nothing to say in response. Manager said I did nothing wrong and alluded to the doctor being an on-going problem. She reported the incident to her boss and I heard nothing back. I tried calling their patient support department and was unable to leave a message.

We had a great experience with Dr. Ogolla. He fit our 12 year old son with contact lenses and was extremely patient working with him to apply the lenses.
The optician that worked with him during the class was also fantastic.
