I went to one of their north locations. They have TERRIBLE doctors, terrible referrals, didn't even send the medication prescription they recommended or lens prescription I paid for, and it's impossible to pay my bill. I was charged hundreds more here than I've ever been charged for similar (and far better) services. There are four websites on the bill, none of which work for bill pay. The call line is always closed. I can't recommend CVP, CincinattiEye, and whatever else this awful place goes by to anyone!

Dr Hammer and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. You will have a wait time at his office, but he’ll give you great care when it’s your turn to be seen. Updated and clean facilities. Very organized care process, easy to schedule appointments.

For the third time, I waited over 45 minutes beyond my appointment time for any testing/treatment to start. This was not the case when it was APEX. The reasons given are lack of staffing and complications with patients. There also is high turnover of staff I believe. But I believe Dr Hammer to be very good so it is what it is.
