No stars would be appropriate- 1pm appointment- told me to arrive 15 min early to check in and then by 1:30 pm I had to ask the nicest associate in the World( Kaitlin ) how much longer I had to wait because I had a 3:30 appointment for my dog- she went and asked and came back and told me they were running behind and it would be at least another 45 min - so I thanked her kindly and told her to tell them I was leaving- so here is where I stand now- I will never return to CEI due to the fact that my time is as important as their time- post more signs in your lobby that says to be patient due to other doctors waiting on other patients but I have to say I think with all the bad reviews that I have read none of them is the actual visit with the doctor but is the wait time when you have a 1 pm appointment and you are suppose to be patient and wait until 3 pm maybe to see the doctor because they are behind and I will add this has happened with every appointment that I have ever had at Cincinnati Eye Institute- so understand that I am done with your business and many others should follow after reading this because apparently you truly don’t care about you clients only about the money- corporate greed prevails- as the young lady was helping me figure out why I was waiting so long one of your doctors sat in a chair in front of her leaned back and answered his phone on speaker and did no apologize only gave her and me a dirty look like why are you standing there- in short you don’t care you doctor’s don’t and now I don’t care - one last thing I would like to mention is you can send me to collections for not paying todays bill and any other bill that I was willing to pay when I checked in today because that’s how much my time means to me even though you don’t think that is true- Good bye and So Long Cincinnati Eye Institute.

This facility is the worst when it comes to being on time. Typically it’s a 2 hour wait time and the worst part is when you’re finally seen by the Dr he nor his nurses offer absolutely no apology!! They actually get snippy if you complain about the wait time. Our last appointment was at 2:15 the Dr finally saw us at 4:09, for a total of 7 minutes for an eye injection. Of course sitting in the waiting room that long I spoke with quite a few other patients and they said the same thing, except some of them said they have waited up to three hours past their appointments to be seen. The Dr we see is Dr Hutchins.

Went in with a family member today and the ceiling was leaking almost leaked on me. employees were putting trash cans under the leaks. Cei needs to get this problem fixed asap or they will no longer have my service.
