CEI doctors have always been great in my experience over three decades, including eye surgery. Five stars for quality of care! However, CEI scheduling is usually a mess. Typically I have waited 1 to 2 hours after I arrived on time for appointments, not counting dilation time. My wait time was usually much shorter when seeing a specialist. It seems disrespectful, but I guess it's the price you pay for quality eye care.

The emergency clinic would not allow me to make an appointment when I had a serious eye infection because I had been seen at urgent care a week prior. If you are seeking an urgent appointment, do not mention prior attempts to seek medical care.

Never ever call them you will be on hold for hours.
