I had an appointment today with Karen Klugo at 10:45. My morning got away and I called to let them know I was running late. So I get in my car and drove there. At 11: 04 I arrived and apologized for being late. The receptionist says
"per the doctor we have a 15 minute rule". So you have to reschedule. What about patient care or the half hour to 45 minutes I have to wait for her. This is a eye exam not brain surgery. I don't think they even car if they loose a patient. Pathetic customer service!!

Misleading billing practices. My visit was in October 2022. I was told i owed nothing as it was a specialist referral. This was also what i saw with my insurance before arriving here so checked out. Fast forward to March 2023 I get a bill for $95 out of the blue with a due date that was due the SAME DAY I received the bill. I paid this bill in full on their online portal and think how horrible practice it is to send a bill through the mail just before the due date and the fact the bill is created just 2 weeks before the due date, but at least it was paid in full and i wouldn't ever have to deal with them again. fast forward to June 2023 i just received another bill TODAY (06/07/23) stating my account is over 30 days past due and that I owe them $130 for something new they added to my account that was not on the previous bill.. They didn't even help me during my visit, she just referred me to another doctor within CVP/CEI. I have now contacted the Ohio Insurance Consumer Services Dept and will be disputing. They will not be receiving any further payments from me.

I arrived for my appt 10-15 minutes early, checked in, did my pre-screening prior to seeing the doctor and then waited for 1 hour (60 minutes) to see the doctor who was purposely moving several patients ahead of me, I don’t know why. Some patients waiting with me couldn't believe what was happening either. I felt disrespected and unimportant. Not going back.
