Trying to get an appointment for surgery has taken 2 weeks for a call back. Still have not received a call. I called today and the receptionist could not reach anyone. She made it a priority call. Also told me the scheduler is working from home. I am not pleased at all with this level of professionalism.

I arrived on time for my appointment today. The field of vision test wemt as scheduled. I was then directed to the other side of the office to wait to see the doctor. after 1 hour and 15 minutes I asked if my appointment was still going to happen today. I was then advised that my doctor wasn't even on site and was doing surgeries next door at the surgery center. I then advised them that I would like to sit in my truck until the doctor was available as there was a very sick woman in the waiting room. The clerk at the desk Vickie advised me she would contact me when the doctor arrived. One hour later I went to the front desk to see if the doctor had arrived yet and I was told she arrived a while ago. but since I left they would have to reschedule my appointment Jackie Hinton in the office manager is one of the most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with in my life they completely lied to me when they said they would call me but decided to cancel my appointment. be aware of going to this location I was also told by Jackie Hinton that anytime you go there you should plan on 3:00 to 4 hours Wait I guess our time is not as valuable as theirs., 😞

Have recently had eye surgery at the Middletown location. Initial appointment scheduled and was advised that it would be 2 to 4 hours. Surgery was scheduled and they reached out to my insurance company. Even received paperwork stating how much insurance would pay and how much I was expected to pay. I was there for just about 2 hours. Had surgery and everyone involved was absolutely awesome. Took the time to explain everything being done and answered all my questions. Great experience. Would recommend CEI to anyone.
