The worst bed side manner. Their way or no way. No regard for patient's plan of care. Changes dates without regards to patients needs. Do not recommend CEI at any location.

Horrible phone etiquette for customer service. The local number for a specific location is actually the main number (How would anyone know that?) so when I asked where it was located she curtly said "We have 15 different locations sir". I don't have eye insurance, so I asked for a cash amount for a basic eye exam and she was not able to tell me. Transferred me twice to a financial assistance number. All I wanted to know was the cash price out of pocket for a visit!

I accidentally googled the the wrong CEI office which made me late for my appointment. The CEI receceptionist called to inform about the mistake. I was instructed to held over. When I arrived I was held up at desk due to an insurance issue. This made my appointment even later. After all of this, Dr. Reddy refused to see me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
