Every staff member was patient and informative from the time I checked in until the second I checked out. The service was exceptional especially when it came to addressing some issues that I had been battling with contact wear and my allergies. I am so happy to have met the new team with Cincinnati Vision group! I came in on my birthday and it was a great start to my day!

Excellent customer service. Easy scheduling and quick fulfillment. Pretty much in and out. Technicians, opticians, and doctor all seemed knowledgeable and caring. Good selection of frames, too. Doesn’t hurt that you can also shop before or after appointment.

Exam was great/Dr and all her assistance were efficient and testing went well. All tests were explained thoroughly prior to being given. Best and thorough Eye Exam I've had in a while. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
