Yes, you will wait a long time BUT so worth it!!! I am BLESSED to have found her and am THANKFUL to have a doctor with her bedside manner that provides such a high level of care and concern for her patients and their families!

Worth the wait.... excellent Doctor!!!

Waited at least 1 hour to meet the doctor. The front desk person didn’t bother to see what the hold up was till I asked. Then the exam ( while excellent) took three hours and even though I went in April for my visit, I haven’t gotten an EOB or bill from the office because not only is she doing the exams she is doing the billing.

I can't really rate her as an eye doctor because we didn't actually finish our appointment. Arrived for a 7 PM for my daughter's appointment 10 mins early. Was greeted by the Dr herself as her receptionist was out. My daughter was given paperwork to fill out and then we waited, and waited and WAITED. We could partially hear the conversation going on in the exam room for the gentleman who had already been there before us. The pleasant conversation which seemed to have nothing to do with his eyes went on for an hour and 15 minutes. Dear Dr. Breznak - you have a patient waiting. If you want to spend an hour just talking to someone, go out for coffee with them - don't keep your other patients waiting. We left a note saying we were leaving and we left. I highly doubt her office will call us to follow up. Regardless, we won't be going back. Now that I'm reading other reviews, I see this is common. You're losing patients. Complete waste of time.

The best doctor I have ever had. I see others complain about wait time, but also as the others have said well worth the wait. With an appointment i have asked her to call me 20 minutes before she is ready to see me and that has always worked out and no real wait time. She is the most thorough eye doctor I have ever seen, takes the time to really methodically go through the exam and really cares. I wish all doctors were like her!

i've driven my grandparents here and they have waited over 2 hours past their appointment time. Although she is kind and thorough she tends to vent her personnel life problems to patients. I'm sorry if you are having problems but your patients are not the appropriate venue

My experience with Dr B had no surprises. a crazy long wait all made worth it by her bedside manner. She is very down to earth, easy to talk to and very thorough. She's fully present during the exam and attending to the patient rather than rushing through the exam which is common with many doctors.

Amazing doctor with great bedside manner. If you’ve ever felt unheard by a medical professional, invalidated, or cut short of time that won’t happen to you here. Yes, there may be a wait but you can be assured your exam will be as thorough as the patient before you. Highly recommend!
