I tried to get progressive lenses but the measurement had not been included on my Rx. When I called to get it I was told I would have to schedule another appointment. I find it pretty strange that this measurement would not be in my file. In any case I found a new eye doctor. Next time a customer asks for something simple I recommend you make an effort.
