The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, personable and committed. I felt welcomed, cared for, and heard, something I had been searching for while visiting numerous other doctors and in pain for 6 weeks! Dr. Lam is AMAZING! And this was just the consultation. Surgery in two weeks and I know I'm in the best of hands!!

I could not be happier with Dr. Lam and his service. After years of being told my vision was just getting worse and there was nothing that could be done, he determined I had cataracts. He performed the surgery to both my eyes within one month of each other and now I see better than I ever have. After having my last pair of glasses looking like bottle caps I consider this my little miracle. And not only is Dr. Lam a complete professional but so is his entire staff. His office personnel is professional and extremely competent, not to mention they are very timely with their appointment schedules. They are also very diligent about taking Covid precautions very seriously. They thoroughly clean after every patient leaves. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Lam and City Ophthalmology.
