Met with Dr. Steiner and she was AMAZING! The front desk receptionist was so kind as well. Dr. Steiner truly seemed to care about my eyes and prescription and making sure everything felt great. Truly appreciate them both and would highly recommend!

Had a grea experience here. Long time glasses wearer, new to contacts. Received lessons on how to put in contacts, served up with quality banter and big positive energy from the staff. A dynamic duo in this business for sure! Made sure patients flowed smoothly and felt comfortable. Thanks a lot y'all.

I had a wonderful experience visiting the clarity eye clinics. The doctor is super friendly, professional, and knowledgable. She not only examined my eyes for vision problems, but also explained to me the fun history and facts about optometry. She had a true passion with what she is doing and that must have a real, positive impact on every patient of hers including myself. The doctor assistant Tanya is among the best specialists whom I have ever met. After realizing that my insurance is no longer with SuperiorVision, Tanya helped me figure out what my current insurance company and ID is by calling the Delta Vision on my behalf! She could have chosen to send me back to sort things out by myself, and come back next time, which, I will feel nothing wrong about. But instead, she went extra miles to help me get all the essential pieces of information, which would otherwise take me much much longer to collect. Within my short visit at Clarity, the service I have received simply set a higher bar for my future expectation about the level of service quality for any eye clinic visit. I thank them for this wonderful service!

I was so happy to see the assistance that we had with an Spanish interpreter for my eye exam! I brought a Hispanic guy in for an eye test and to buy frames at Costco as well and not only did they have an expert Spanish interpreter for the eye exam, but we also Picked out the frames inside Costco in the optical department with a Spanish-speaking lady to help us communicate the best frames to buy! Very impressed with my experience at Clarity. Eye care for testing as well as inside Costco to pick out the frames! very friendly and professional!

We went to Clarity Eyecare, and can’t say enough wonderful things! Ms. Tanya greets you with the biggest smile and warmest energy! And Dr. Parker was so kind and thorough with his exam! Would definitely recommend if you’re in the market for a fabulous optometrist!

Drove from Clarksville to get my eyes checked with Dr. Chase Parker. He was amazing ! Not only did he care, but he explained what was going on with my eyes. He made sure that my new contact prescription was the right one for me. Double checked my eyes and explained to me that my new contacts would have "weights" in them. And to keep blinking until it set right, if my vision was blurry when I first put them in. One of the best eye doctors I've ever had. Definitely worth the hour and 30 min. Drive. And the receptionist (sorry I can't remeber her name) she was super nice and VERY welcoming. When I went back in to clarify something she was more than happy to help me. Overall extremely amazing people with excellent service. 1000000x/ 10 recommended.

I wish I could give even more than 5 stars as this was hands down the most incredible medical experience I’ve ever had from start to finish!! First of all, Tanya the receptionist is the warmest, most kind and personable person out there. She makes you feel so welcomed! I met with Dr. Steiner and I have nothing but the BEST things to say. Not only was she thorough and knowledgeable, but she took the time to truly listen to all of my questions and medical concerns. I have never had a doctor make me feel so heard and attended to before. She was empathetic, articulate, sincere, approachable, and helpful. I came in for a routine eye exam, but she really went the extra mile in helping me in some next steps I need to take related to some eye issues I’m having, even following up with me to make sure everything is ok/I have all the information I need. I never felt rushed or like any of my (many) questions were dumb etc. She makes you feel like you’re her top priority and that’s extremely rare to find in a doctor in my experience. Can’t recommend Dr. Steiner and this office enough!!

BEWARE! I can NOT remember a time I walked out of a doctor's office so infuriated. Ben Wheeler was simply deplorable. He was unprofessional, would not listen to anything I said, and was incredibly condescending. Saying things to me like "you wouldn't understand these numbers" when I asked about the range of my prescription change. I sat in his office in the new prescription trial lenses he gave me and I told him (right there!) that this prescription was not going to work as it skewed my farsightedness way too much. His response was "well your current prescription is that of a 60 year old!" (said to a 50 year old woman who has been in glasses since age 10 and truly does have very poor eyesight) -- so yes, a prescription for a 60 year old would likely be appropriate. I tried to explain why my multi-focal lenses were prescribed the way they were, but he really "knew way too much" for a logical conversation. I stopped arguing with him because he was obviously one of those entitled men who is never wrong. Even my 19 year old daughter was offended by him and she lets EVERYTHING slide. I should have listened to a friend who said her experience was terrible and the male doctor who put her in her glasses flat out gave her the completely wrong prescription. I thought I might have a better shot. I have since spoken to several people who have had awful experiences with Dr. Wheeler even saying "I can't believe he's even still there." NOTE: He also encouraged both me and my daughter to remove our masks stating "I am vaccinated." Clearly CDC guidelines still recommends masks indoors, especially when you can not be 6 feet apart. All in all he made us incredibly uncomfortable for a number of reasons. I won't even get into his candid "casual conversations" he was having in the lobby prior to our appointment. Completely unprofessional. NOTE: I did go back two days later for another exam and was treated far better by Dr. Steiner and had a very different experience.

It is not that often where you go into an optometry office for an appointment and leave with new found friends. I have had glasses for over 18 years and I have not had an encounter with the staff like I did with Tanya! From her phone calls … More

Tanya receptionist at Charlotte Pike is a kind, efficient lady who greets ALL patients with a personal approach for intake and scheduling. Both she and Dr. Steiner are excellent in exam practice and taking time to know any specific concerns or questions. Such an unexpected pleasant experience for an eye exam. Thank you Ladies!!!!!
