I have been going to Clarity Vision for many years and have never written a review and normally don’t for anyone. But, I saw Dr. Bollenbecker, for the first time, and she was phenomenal. I have a very difficult prescription and haven’t been able to see well for over two years. She took the time to start from the beginning and make sure I was comfortable with the vision script I received. Albeit she appears very young, she genuinely cares and is very knowledgeable, even told me some things regarding my optical pictures that no other Dr. has told me before yesterday. She didn’t pressure me into trying anything new, her concentration was totally on me seeing well. She listened and didn’t talk over me, thinking she knew what was best for me, instead of me knowing what was best for me, believe it or not, it happens. I can’t give a review regarding the Optical department. I did order glasses but my past experiences haven’t been good, so I will have to wait to review them. The one good sign is that the people I have seen in there have been there for a little while, normally it was very high turnover.

This 1 star goes to their online system only, can not say anything about the actual service. Exercise caution regarding the reliability of their system. It is recommended to proactively call back and confirm your scheduled appointment, even in the presence of a confirmation message stating, "Your appointment with Clarity Vision - Apex is scheduled!" It has been observed that, despite receiving such confirmation, individuals may discover that their information is not recorded in the system, implying that the online paperwork submitted has not been saved. Noteworthy is the absence of any follow-up\cancellation from their end, necessitating individuals to address the matter independently. Just be careful and double check with them via call before arrival.

I have been a patient at Clarity Vision for more than a decade. Dr. Holler always explains why there have been changes in my vision since my previous visit--and what I can do to help offset potential problems. The tech staff is knowledgeable and the office staff is very helpful. Julia, in particular, is helpful with giving me options for scheduling appointments. I hope to stay with Clarity Vision for another decade.
