I drive 3 1/2 hours from my home to Clarke EyeCare because they have the best Keratoconus doctor in Texas, Dr. Heinrich. The staff is excellent and professional. They are great at following up and accommodating my needs since I'm so far away. I had a hard time getting the right fit and vision correctness with local doctors (multiple doctors). In my first visit, Dr. Heinrich and his staff had done what none of my local doctors could do. My new contacts are excellent. My vision is great and the fit is much better than my previous contacts. It is just a great overall experience!

My regular Optometrist is at Clarke Eye Care and I just had an exam three months ago. But I started experiencing an eye issue and knew that I should have it checked on. When I called, I was told that Dr. Heinrich was not available, but they could get me in that afternoon with Dr. Clarke. They were fantastic from start to finish and I believe my issue is resolved thanks to Dr. Clarke.

I loved Clark EyeCare and have been using them for more than 20+ years; however, when my daughter woke up the morning OF my appointment with a medical emergency and we were called into her doctors office immediately for an appointment, I called Clark EyeCare while I was AT my daughters appointment to explain and reschedule. Their unsympathetic attitude was UNREAL! All they said was they would reschedule but I had to pay the $50 no show fee now to EVEN reschedule! All they care about is money! They are NOT A FAMILY BUSINESS IN A FAMILY TOWN! They are a small business ACTING LIKE A BIG BUSINESS- JUST ALL ABOUT THE MONEY! I have not and will not be taking ME AND my 5 family members back there! I have switched to Hayley Eye Clinic and so should you!
Don't let them fool you by their responses either! I may have signed a piece of paper (that I don't even recall getting and being advised about) but I NEVER RECEIVED emails, texts, phone calls reminding me about said fees- PLUS my situation happened the DAY OF my appointment and was unavoidable. But they did not care. Again, all they care about is their money, not their patients!
