I love the Westport Office. I always go to that office because they have the best customer care as usual,but this time they even outdid themselves. Now I don’t want to call names because I don’t want the other people there to get jealous, but one of the ladies there is just fabulous. She just know how to give personal service. She just goes a little more beyond and give you that special touch. I just love it. A big shout out to the Doctor on shift that day too. I can see

Everyone very nice and professional
Thorough exam. Didn’t like the fact they add insurance onto bill without even asking. Wanted to keep my sane frame said it would take 10 days to get
I did not have a spare pair. I picked new frame and they were ready in 2 days.. seemed a little shady to me

Great customer service! We were visiting the area from out of state and my wife had an issue with her contacts. We inquired about purchasing contacts and they helped make sure our prescription was received from our eye doctor. They then GAVE my wife 2 new sets of contact lenses (2 months worth) for Free. They were kind, patient, hospitable and very helpful. If you have any eye care needs give them a visit!
