Dr Wu and her staff were amazing! They are not only extremely pleasant. They were very knowledgeable. From checking in for my appointment to checking out for my appointment and explaining every step in between they may be not only feel comfortable, but help me to understand about my vision and I care. Will be sending my family and friends there for sure. Great job team.

This place charges a $25 "co-pay", no matter what you buy. Really it's a fee not an insurance co-payment. Somewhat deceiving to call it a "co-pay." I went last year (2022) for an eye exam, and did not schedule an eye exam for this year, as I planned to call and schedule when I was ready. I started receiving phone calls and texts for an appointment this year (2023) that I did not schedule. Not a reminder to make an appointment but an actual set date and time. Maybe they auto-schedule you for an appointment for the following year on the same date and time as a courtesy, but I prefer to schedule at a time that works for me. Unfortunately I will not return here because of these practices. Dr. Wu is amazing and I am sad to not have her as my eye health professional.

I love Clarkson Eyecare Pontiac! Always so helpful and kind. I have seen Dr Leland for the last 5 years and he has always answered my questions and helped me with my vision concerns. Everyone that works here is so nice. Josette was very patient helping me find glasses. My insurance has changed a couple times but they have accepted all of them. I will be back next year!
