I’ve been going to the practice since the ‘90s. I was dismayed to see almost 100% turnover when at my visit this week. That said, I was completely happy with the experience. The front desk people were friendly and competent as was the woman who did my pre-exam. Dr. Walia was great. My husband was fitted for glasses with Josie the optician. She was terrific too. Clearly she knew what she was doing. I walked in thinking I might have to find a new practice and walked out satisfied with my experience.

This company placed an order for me and made an error by ordering me progressive lenses versus regular far-vision lenses. Upon initial payment, I did question why my lenses were so expensive and was told "my insurance does not cover that much" When my lenses were ready, I picked them up and immediately realized the lenses were not what I ordered and asked that they correct the lenses and credit me. They would not give me a refund and said they would have to speak to their manager and get back with me. After 3 weeks, they finally got back with me and said they would give me an instore credit for half the cost. Since I will never give this place my business anymore, this does not benefit me in any way or rectify something that was their error versus mine. I would not recommend this eyecare facility at all.

My "eye place" for several years now. I miss Dr. Kirk, but have found Dr. Nagy to be terrific too - knowledgeable, thorough & friendly. Staff were courteous & my wait time was minimal.
