I have always had a good experience with Clarkson Eyecare. The staff is professional and personable. I have had exceptional care from Dr. Richardson. She is knowledgeable, informative, and I trust her with my eyes.

The staff is great and the eye exam was quick and easy. The frame selection and prices are outrageous and not at all friendly to the working class. It's very Ann Arborish.

Dr. Weston is great.
What is not so great, is this ridiculous text message system that confirms or cancels appointments. I received a text from an unknown number on a Friday evening regarding my upcoming appointment. I didn’t recognize the number, so I ignored it. Come to find out, if I didn’t respond to the text in 24 hours my appointment (which was scheduled a year in advance) it was cancelled.
And it was.
Called to get back on the schedule and I was able to but a phone call or voicemail would have been appreciated before you officially canceled my appointment .
