They are terrible in their appointments. I had to spend about an hour (most of it just waiting) to get my updated prescription. They are terrible. Don’t waste your time and money with them

I visited Clarkson Eyecare as a new patient and the experience from start to finish was professional and positive! Everyone in the office seemed to truly enjoy their jobs! They got me in and out efficiently, but also took their time to explain everything to me! Dr. Rabidea was phenomenal!

Everything has gone downhill since Visioncare sold out to Clarkson!! The Clarkson billing system is clunky. The corporate phone system doesn’t allow the phone choices to match the local office services. Customer service has plummeted since so many great doctors and staff left after the original founders sold the business. Employee turnover is high now. We have switched providers si ce we were starting over with a 4th doctor after all the others left.
I used to adore this practice when it was Vision Care. Care was so personal and friendly back then.
