This was my first time seeing Dr. Oord as my eye specialist. Dr. Oord was very professional and listen to what I had to say. Here knowledge of my eye hx was on point. She knew exactly how to treat me and explained to me about seeing floaters. I consider myself as her patient now.

I love the efficiency of everyone at Clarkson. As you move smoothly from registration to each test to the doctor’s exam, you feel comfortable with your care and confident that you’ve received the best possible treatment. I will continue to go there.

The people seem nice and Dr. Nuchikat is very knowledgeable. I left the appointment with a bag that contained my bill and what I thought was a free sample of contact solution. I figured they were like my dentist that gives me a free toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss. Oh no! Without my consent they charged me $8.99 for contact solution I did not need. I'm not sure I trust them anymore. They forward book appointments automatically without consulting with me also. Annoying. Can't they talk to me about future scheduling while I am there in person like most considerate people do? I wouldn't treat my clients this way.
