A huge shout out to Marlena at the Middleburg Hts. office! I was in town for a visit and - not only did I forget to pack my glasses - but my trip was extended and I was short on contact lenses. She found 2 trial boxes in stock and gave them to me! I am so grateful for her time, assistance, and compassion!

I’ve been waiting a month for my contacts AND glasses that have always taken 6-10 business days. Even last May during covid shut downs it only took a week. I wear daily wear contacts and have had to wear the same pair for 2 weeks straight. As of writing this I’ve made my third phone call and have been told “a few more days” each time. The costumer service is horrendous and the fact my eyes have been in pain for two straight weeks without any concern on their part shows me I will NEVER return as a costumer.

First time getting an exam and glasses. Everyone here was great! Glasses were ready for.pick up in less than a week. Glad I chose this place.
