Came in to find small toddler frames. I was very impressed. They had a large selection of children frames. Service was excellent! We were greeted and helped in a very kind way. After purchasing the frames we had a issue with them breaking. ( Toddler snapped them)They went above and beyond to help correct the issue. They ended up ordering out for a pair of frames that my toddler wouldn't be able to break. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for great service, price, and customer satisfaction. Steer clear of this place. I was in for an exam for about 10 minutes. Never told anything just handed my coat and I asked for a copy of the prescription. Now I found out that I need progressive as well. Not even sure the prescription is correct. Eyes are too important for a short fast exam. Be alert.

Office hours are never convienient and takes forever for them to get you your contacts or glasses. Time is never of the essence for them, no matter how urgent it is to you. They Don't take valid concerns with your prescription if you don't feel it's correct since clearly there's No option to second guess their first vision test results! Although they are nice, I need a little more than just that!
