Initial appointment was fine. Quality of glasses is substandard to MWC Eye Care Assoc. Inc. Second appointment on 9/1 for second pair of glasses was fine. It is now 9/22 and the glasses are not ready. The wrong lenses were originally dispensed and I am still waiting. Quality of product and Customer Service are poor at best. My last three phone calls into Clear Image have been responded to in what I describe as abrupt and rude. In a word "unacceptable". Folks you have options in life and this would not be a place I would return to or will refer business too!
