Mandating unnecessary exams and charging for no reason. You should give options for customers to pick the tests and not make those tests mandatory and charge. I got the same exam/glasses for 50% less with other good specialists than what was charged for just exam part. Not interested to be back at this facility again!

Excellent/professional service from everyone in the office. They have a selection of glasses in several price ranges. What I liked was that my glasses were fitted perfectly. Nadia was patient and helped me find a pair of glasses that correctly fit my face. I am difficult to fit and most places don’t guide you on proper fitting. The doctor was wonderful. He was patient and answered my concerns. I will return to this office next year as well. They do not push buying the glasses at their office but I recommend you do because they take time for a proper fit.

The lovely lady at the front desk was so personable and professional and did all of my check-in exams. I’m almost certain she was also a nurse. The professionalism continued with Dr Patel. The treatment and atmosphere were far better than I’ve received in the past at my last dentists obviously multimillion dollar stand alone facility for which I paid the price. In other words, this was a Great experience from walk in to walk out and anyone would be all the better for stopping by. And can you believe I was treated like this as a Walk-In?!? Kudos!
