Doctor and staff were very friendly. After reading the negative experiences of reviews, I was pleasantly surprised how kind the doctor was. He was thorough and answered all my questions. He’s very direct and I appreciate directness. Office was clean. Will definitely come back.

The staff and the doc that checked my eyes were nice but the toilet was something from a horror movie. It was so bad I was gonna use the sink then I decided to skip that idea and just get out....but the door handle....I think I may have covid and hep C and hep B from just going in there. On the bright side ....and everything was bright after they put the.drop in your eyes then have you guess what looks better...one or two. Two or three. I cant see a thing man. Maybe they will get better one day since they tried to charge me $250 for progressive lenses. I mean for real. In no case for your glasses, when you pick them up and then to do my prescription based on what my old prescription was by putting it into the little thing and saying. Oh, this is what your prescription is rather than. Let me see the chart before I get my eyes dilated. Perhaps since that's how I walk around all day. And I'll walk around with my eyes dilated. It is for sure the last time that I go to this place ever.

The first time I went to Dr. Fagoora, i was in a lot of pain from my right eye. I had been to a couple drs before him and no one could help me w my pain. I went to him and he told me what it was. He prescribed some medication and within a couple of days my pain was gone. I had that pain for almost 2 yrs! Drs not knowing what it was and what not. He told me I had an ulcer. He took my pain away and I’m so thankful! He did my cataract procedure as well on my left eye. I got glasses w him and they came in about 2-3 weeks I think. Which wasn’t that bad. His wife can be serious sometimes but I think she’s great as well as the staff ☺️ I’m always seen within the hr that I’m there. Thank you guys ☺️ see you soon!

Twice now we have waited more than 2 hours to see the doctor. Being shuffled to and from exam room. It’s so unfortunate. The staff is really nice though.

Absolutely garbage of a place. Rude doctor. We took our 1 1/2 there because that’s where we got referred. The doctor was mad that my 1 year old was crying with eye drops. 100000 would NEVER go here. We left right after the doctor came as rude. I would give 0 stars if it was possible

The glasses were made for me twice by mistake, and there was a delay in receiving them for up to 4 months. I received the glasses without a case, and they were poorly treated

I feel like you have to see places for yourself to make a decision. These low reviews almost made me not bring my child here. The doctor and the front desk staff are pretty chill, I don’t have any complaints! Update 06/11/26 Changing my rating from 5 stars only because I’ve been at my appt in the lobby since 10:30 am and it’s currently 11:55 am. They are calling back people who came in way after me. When I brought it to the front desk attention she said you should be next. How is that fair? I’ve been waiting over an hour and someone who came in and waited for 10 mins literally got called back before me. When I brought that to her attention, she didn’t apologize for the wait or say anything. That’s not right and I feel as though I’m wasting my time or being discriminated against. Nobody wants to sit in this lobby all day!!

Dr. Fagoora is always rude and decides whether or not you have an appointment because he won’t see you unless he feels like it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE AT ALL.

Wait time was short, the front desk staff and the doctor were all very friendly and kind. The office is old and could probably do with a deep clean, but at NO point did I feel anything was unsanitary or unsafe. He cleans all the equipment before you put your face on it. It is just an old building with old equipment, but it is a small operation. I have medical and everything was free even the glasses I will be picking up later. I will be back in 3 months. I can’t speak to the reviews regarding small children, but the super negative reviews from adults are more than likely unwarranted and slightly ridiculous. I’m glad I did not read them before my appointment. Thank you Dr and team!
