I've been here twice and never had any issues very nice friendly people great selection of Medicaid frames and as a bonus they can usually get you in quick.

I am on vacation and one of my contacts tore. They were able to supply me with an extra pair plus contact solution! They were the sweetest people ❤️❤️

I have been going here since I was a little kid, it was on the Westbank expressway at that time, I remember when I went looking for it, after I moved back, and it was gone. I was horrified until I saw it had been moved right across the street. Dr. Bloom has been checking my eyes since I was a kid. I have no complaints about this place. I recommend for eye service.😁👍👍👍

Horrible customers service! B was rude and hostile. Spent hundreds of dollars and they would not fix my glasses. She yelled across the lobby at me with my child in tow. Do not spend your money here. They don’t honor any purchase and they definitely don’t care about their customers.

Everyone is very nice. The staff is efficient and answer any questions I have.

I took my daughter here, so glad to see that there isn't too much to choose from but has a great variety. Staff was friendly and the doctor was thorough.

Very professional! They accept walk ins and have great options. They always go the extra mile I went in on May 13 and was 2 weeks for my glasses .. guess what exactly 7 days later they are ready for pick up! And offered a great deal on contacts! I’ve been coming since the old building.

The woman that answers the phone is very rude and disrespectful. Hangs up in people's face . Idk who this ladie thinks she is. Mighty brave over a phone. But how I was treated is unacceptable. And for the disrespect I will not do business or suggest this business to NO ONE! THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE !!!!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS 100% THUMBS DOWN!!!!!!! NO GOOD. I’ve been going to Clear Vision since 2013-14 , they are the best at what they do. I truly love my eye doctor and all of his staff workers. They make u feel so comfortable, welcomed and respected. I loved this place, Dr Bloom was a pleasure to be treated by, the staff were great. In particular the woman who does the billing calculation saw I had vision insurance and opted to recalculate my total. For anyone interested in a great eye care experience, I highly recommend.
