If 000 was an option, that would be my answer. The doctor is great, but the man at the desk is horrible! I picked up my first pair of glasses in early October. The lens was cracked and when I let the man know at the desk, he responded," it's just a new prescription." After 3 weeks of having broken brand new glasses, I finally was able to bring them back to get fixed. Same guy called trying to sell me $40 anti glare lenses 2 minutes after I left the store. I waited 10 more days. No phone call saying they were ready even though they claimed they left me a voicemail, that doesn't exist. This time the frame was cracked. Unfortunately the store did not have anymore of my frame, so now I'm stuck with ugly brown glasses after waiting a month for them to be made correctly. Worst experience of my life. I don't know why this man is employed considering his awful customer service skills, and know it all attitude. I absolutely regret coming here. I would have been better off paying out of pocket at America's Best instead of using my insurance here.

Have been going here for years, never had a problem until this last experience. Just to save someone else this aggravation. When I ordered the frames I was told that plastic lenses that my insurance pays for aren’t as good, scratch easily and I should pay for the better lenses - I couldn’t pay extra and said I’d have to be really careful. After I picked up the glasses I noticed what looked like glue on the edges. Took the glasses in and was told, by the receptionist, it wasn’t glue it was cracks in the edges, that this happens to plastic lenses, the don’t cut evenly and this is why the tried to get me to pay for the better lenses — I told her that they should inform customers that if they don’t pay for better lenses the ones they get may be damaged, she said she got it. I’ve never had something like this, where I’m told since I didn’t pay extra it’s my fault the product isn’t what was expected and has always been provided - do not recommend, anymore. I know it’s tough to find offices that take Caresource but I think there will be better places to go.

I have been going to this eye doctor since I was in 4th grade and im starting college this fall, each time I've gone I've had an amazing experience. The staff is always so kind and willing to help. Theres never been an issue with them for as long as I have been going there. :))
