Can't say enough good things about Clear site! I had an eye exam in January at a different eye dr. I started having trouble seeing in June, with dark shadows, floaters, and *sparkles* in my right eye. I called the dr I went to for my exam and they told me they couldnt get me in for a medical exam "for months" and recommended I go to a local specialist, who also couldn't get me in for weeks. I called Clear site and explain my symptoms and they worked me in that day! The Dr told me what she thought it was, it was between 2 things and needed further testing so she sent me to OSU to get everything taken care of. After the appointment they checked in on me and made sure I was being seen quickly by OSU. I will never go anywhere else🫶 I also had my 6 and 4 year olds seen here and the entire staff was amazing with them as well.

Just completed cataract procedure, I can see clearly now ! Super friendly and professional. Don't let the cool location throw you. The Doc and the awesome staff have all the right toys without city stress. Please get your eyes examined by the team. Thanks, see you in a year.

You aren't told ahead of time, but if you are more than 10 minutes late you won't be seen. One time they worked me in because I got lost, and ordered me 2 new pair of glasses I couldn't even see out of. After we went a round or two, they ordered me new glasses that fit. They changed locations and of course I was late, and of course they wouldn't see me. I had had enough and so yesterday I just walked out. The girls out front treat you like dirt.

Poor quality leans and customer service. Had a pair of glass for 10 months before coating on lens started failing. They refuses to replace the lens because I didn't purchase uv coating. Not wise they just lost 5 accounts for not backing the product they sell. I've had glasses for over 20 years and never had this problem without UV coating.

Had problems with a couple staff. I will pick up my glasses and I hope they were fixed correctly, then I will find someone else. I had no problem at all with Dr Henderson. Very nice and understanding. I hope i wasn't treated by the staff badly because of my finances. They were paid!

Dr Henderson is very thorough and very easy to talk too. The staff is warm and welcoming.
