Prompt, courteous, thorough, all the most important aspects. The staff is very knowledgeable and efficient and kind. I have never had a bad experience in 20+ years of coming to Cole Eye. Like any busy office you have to book routine visits 3-4mo in advance.

After getting a referral from my child's pediatrician I made my appointment, 6 weeks later and the Friday before our Monday appointment they call me to tell me they do not accept my insurance. Unprofessional if you ask me.
