I was pleased with my eye exam today. All of the personnel were professional. Dr. Erwin was very personable and an excellent communicator. He explained my test results clearly and answered all of my questions, passing up a chance to recommend another pair of expensive glasses when I needed only a pair of readers.

Doctor is fine, but they are refusing to file with our vision insurance even though they are "in network". So now they are billing us over $500 for a routine annual vision appointment. Seems like a money grab. I would definitely look elsewhere for an eye doctor.

I left my favorite sunglasses on the driver’s of my car. Then promptly forgot that I did that, and sat on them. I stopped in today to see if anyone could help salvage what was left of them. Samantha fixed them in less than 5 minutes. She knew exactly what to do, and was very helpful and courteous. This was all happening in the middle of what appeared to be a busy Monday. Thank you for all the help!
