I’d give it a negative 5! A family member had an appointment recently and:
1) was not advised to have someone drive due to dilated pupils and she couldn’t see.
2) never offered disposable sunglasses and was not even advised they were needed.
3) after visit progress notes are INCORRECT. OBVIOUSLY THEY DON’T listen.
4) clinic address is incorrect and they need it to be updated!
…and this is the the 2nd best hospital in the country? Wow!!

Courtney is amazing! Got us in next day due to scheduling conflicts. I’ve gone here for 10 years and I have never had issues.

My wife went in for a diabetic eye exam was not given any glasses after her eyes were blurry and stinging would never go there again
