Dr. Borland is the best doctor I've ever had in my life. She is always efficient and effective, while showing concern for her patients. She caught a misdiagnosis from the ER that fixed the extreme pain I was having. The staff at this location is also friendly. Also shoutout to Tessa for being awesome as well.

Scheduled an eye appointment at for 11:00AM. I confirmed with the person on the phone when making the appointment that I wanted the North Ridgeville office having gone there many times before. I arrived at 10:50AM to find this office completely vacant. There was some information taped to the door that a couple doctors moved to some place up the road but nothing about the doctor I was seeing. I had to call a general number which took 5 minutes to find out they actually moved to Richard E Jacob’s in Avon. Lady on the phone was extremely rude and told me “You should look at MyChart next time” even though everything else still states this office. I told her I was on my way but would be 5-10 minutes late. I was put on hold for an additional 5 minutes and she told me “I talked to the doctor you’ll have to reschedule”. For being 10 minutes late and because of poor communication? I drove 45 minutes and rearranged my work schedule to get an appointment. My brother is an eye doctor and I have family that works for CCF. I was told this was highly unlikely. Extremely infuriating leaving me never wanting to go back to CCF again
