Never experienced as worst as this location appointment scheduling. People are so lame, unfriendly. Rude.

Initial things went great I saw Dr. Foster and she seemed to know what she was doing. I got both glasses & contact lenses. Had issues with both abd went back several times to correct them. She couldn't figure it out so she stopped responding to my messages and told me to see someone else. I went to one of her colleagues who wasn't any help. Finally went to America's Best and they were able to fix the issue. The issue was It was to the brand of contact she prescribed. Very disappointed she didn't follow through with this issue. For that reason I will never go back to cole eye.

Not a fan. Not very friendly people . Seems they just don't. Really want to work with people they just have to. Maybe career change is in the future. Sad.
