A loved one has received world-class care from the Opthalmologists at the Cleveland Clinic Cole Eye Institute! The Staff that works there are great too! Music Therapy while you are in the waiting room! They have an Optical Center on site too!

Completely unprofessional and unsympathetic doctor even though the nurses were very considerate. My daughter had an emergency appointment at 10:30 am, my wife and daughter arrived at 10:25 am for the appointment; they were forced to wait for two hours. When they inquired about this with the eye doctor, she said: "Well, I still have to treat all my regular patients." She also said, "They added you last minute." This was ridiculous because we made an appointment for an "open slot " - and our appointment was critical for a treatment plan for a serious medical condition. Even though the nurses were extremely apologetic, the doctor's behavior was inexcusably poor. When the doctor finally agreed to see my daughter, we felt that the doctor did a poor, rushed job (90 seconds), and she was seemingly unaware of the urgency of an emergency appointment scheduled by our rheumatologist, immunologist, and hematologist. We cannot recommend Dr. Chandni Duphare because of her rude, inconsiderate care.

I have absolutely no words to describe my experience at Cleveland clinic. The staff treated me with so much respect, and Dr Petkovsek treated me like I was family and on the day of my eye surgery. I had no worries whatsoever because I knew I was in the best of hands. There is no doubt in my mind that I am recommending Dr. Petkovsek’s team at Cleveland clinic to friends and family.
