I had a very good experience with the Cleveland Eye Clinic. We were greeted as we came in, and every single one of the people who assisted me through the testing and procedures could not have been more friendly. Doctor Bafna took time to explain the procedure, the different options available and made sure I was comfortable by answering any concerns I had in a manner that was understandable and helped dispell my stress.

I was referred by a coworker years ago. I had been to a few other places before. I find the staff professional and friendly. I like the service on picking out glasses. The person knows what looks good on me and I usually pick out the first one we tried. I like the doctor I saw today but wish one would stay for longer but this is the world we live in.
