Dr Ward and staff excellent. (Lorain office) Very happy. Moved back to this area 1.5 yrs ago, the optometrist I used in Tuscarawas county need to come up here and follow this staff around for a week( it would take them that long to comprehend) and see how they treat patients from the time tou walk in the door until you leave. Thank you for the excellent care.

I have been going to the eye doctor since I was very little. It’s worse than the dentist for me due to my poor eyes/eyesight. Going to a new doctor is always scary, but not this time. I was shocked. Dr. Ward made me feel comfortable and listened. He really shows he cares and didn’t make me cry like other doctors have in the past. I’m so thankful for the time he took and how down to earth he is. Would definitely recommend and will be keeping him as my permanent eye doctor.

Dr Warn and hus staff are always a pleasure. They even make it pleasant to get those little puffs in the eye! The Dr. never rushes me and always explains things fully. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Davis is very knowledgeable and seems to love what she does. I enjoy seeing her and hearing her wisdom. The staff is the reason my rating isn’t a ten. For the most part, they are cordial (thank you); however, there are times when some can make you feel like a number rather than a client who has to pay a bill. It would also be helpful to receive an after-visit summary. It’s difficult trying to process my visit or explain to my spouse what the visit was for without one.

have never felt more comfortable or confident in an eye clinic. After a very difficult experience elsewhere, I was honestly nervous walking in — but from the moment I arrived, everything changed. From reception, to Nurse Catherine, to Dr. Ward, the professionalism was exceptional. More importantly, the level of kindness and care was something you don’t often see. They truly went out of their way to make me feel safe, heard, and genuinely cared for. I cannot say enough about my experience here. If you’re feeling anxious about an eye appointment, this is the place to go.

I was seen at the Lorain Cleveland Eye Clinic, and I had one of the BEST experiences! From start to finish, it was exceptional! Dr. Ward was an amazing Doctor and very thorough. The rest of the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, also exceptional! Last but not least, the optical area was amazing, they took the time and care to help me get the best pair of glasses. I was really thankful for all their help in n picking out my glasses!I get compliments on my new glasses everywhere I go, and I will recommend this location to everyone! All around great place to go!
