This place is not affiliated with Cleveland clinic which I did not know. I flew in from Syracuse, NY for a 230 appointment waited an hour to see the doctor to be told he couldn’t help me . He stated he knew 2 weeks prior yet no one notified me so I wasted one thousand dollar for absolutely no help . Do not go here because after all of this the doctor blamed the call center and I can’t even receive a call back from them . Worst experience ever.

I have nothing but highest praise for Cleveland Eye Clinic Avon Pointe! The doctors and the staff are very attentive and professional. I didn't realize how bad my eyes were untill they operated on them. And Dr. William Wylie is fantastic! The actual procedure took, I guess, no more than two -three minutes and voila, my eyes see perfectly! Doctor, whatever you're paid, it's not enough. The work you do is priceless! Thank you!

What an experience. Everyone from the receptionist, and other staff that worked with me that day were the best.☺️ Friendly and professional in a comfortable atmosphere. They covered everything and Dr Jee was professional, thorough and went over all my options for cataract surgery. It was a lot to digest. I’ve never had such a thorough eye exam in my life. It’s kind of refreshing to know that my eyes are not as bad as I thought they were. I would definitely recommend this place. They were so very nice. Everybody in there was smiling and friendly. It’s a very welcoming place Doctor Pierre. Was very nice and easy to understand. Looking forward to coming back again with no worries.

Dr Kosmidis and his assistant are the best! So knowledgeable, very professional and helpful! He takes care of you and takes his time to listen!!!! I love going there even though I don’t like anything about eyes but they always make my day so much easier and pleasant! His personality makes him so calm and friendly! Recommend 10/10!

This was my first visit to Cleveland Eye Clinic to see Dr Pierre. My eye had been tearing for 2 months and was not sure of my diagnosis upon arrival. I was given a hand out upon my interaction with the Medical Assistant which was for Nasolacriminal Duct obstruction . I was never told at that time that it was determined to be my diagnosis. Upon exam from Dr Pierre whenever I asked a question about my eye he would reply didn’t you read the paper we gave you? He did it twice!! How condescending it was. I came to him to get a diagnosis and education on my eye. I was never told how often to take the antibiotic. AND I was referred to Dr for this condition that I cannot even see for two months with no discharge instructions in the interim. What poor care I received! I would never return to your clinic and will now try to find a more professional clinic.

Dr Pierre was amazing with my little girl!!! The staff is very friendly! The coffee machine makes amazing coffee!!!

I had surgery done and they were so kind, helpful and professional. They also came through just yesterday with an eye injury. I got an appointment for the same day. The.doctors were thorough and really inspected my eye and I have a follow-up appointment on Monday. The facility is clean and welcoming. The staff is wonderful and they have several.locations! I have and will continue to recommend them.

The Dr is amazing with kids! Always makes my son laugh, even when my son is tired. It's such a great atmosphere, even has coffee in their waiting area. I love this place!

I had a great experience at Cleveland Eye Clinic – Avon Pointe. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming and friendly, which made me feel at ease. Dr. Daniel Pierre was especially wonderful. He was kind, compassionate, and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. He explained everything clearly and in detail, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was an awesome experience, and I’m very grateful for the excellent care I received. I would definitely recommend this location to others!

I was given a comprehensive examination. I felt Doctor Wiley and his staff really listened to me. They answered every question. I am confident after my examination process that I have an educated and highly skilled team overseeing my eye health. I am proactive & doing everything I can to ensure my eyes are healthy. Dr Wiley is an innovative and open minded doctor. He offers state of the art care. I recommend Dr Wiley!

My son no longer needs glasses. He has worn glasses since he was 3 years old. Dr. Wiley is the best! The whole team is amazing.

Everyone was friendly and smooth. The only complaint I have as a new patient waiting for the Dr to come in and see me… A lady came in did not introduce herself and started going through my chart and asking questions. She was not very friendly. Thank goodness Dr Wiley came in. He was great. Still no introduction from the lady that was in the room. As a new patient and a person that works in the medical field I feel that it was unacceptable that she did not make me aware of who she was. If she was the only one that came into the room and Dr. Wiley did not , I would be hesitant to go back. Other than that the office staff was amazing!!! Giving 4 stars due to whoever the lady was that did not introduce herself. Would be 5 stars if not for her

Last year at this time I had cataracts removed from both eyes. No one thought it necessary to tell me that sometime after that surgery a new cataract would form over the lens that would need to be lazered off. Well about 2 months ago my vision began to blur a bit so I went to my eye doctor and he told me what was going on and said he would set up a referral with the Eye Clinic to take care of things. I received a call and set up an appointment having to wait 2 months to get in with the doctor that did my original cataract surgery. Then I received a call a couple of days prior to tell me what my copay was and that it had to be paid before the procedure was done. I got to the Clinic and was taken to an office and was put thru an entire eye exam - I noted that this was just done a couple of months ago and was basically ignored. At on point I noted my eye doctor had said something and she said "he didn't send the file" and then she found the file. Then they took me out to take a picture of the back of my eye, which I noted my eye doctor had done. They ignored me and took the picture anyway. I guess they had to find ways to justify the $450 copay. Then another nurse took me to another office and when I complained about the picture she made the offhand comment that my eye doctors office probably didn't even have the machine in their office. Now there is actually a 5* part - Dr Wiley pops in, takes a quick look at my eyes, says they need to be lazered and pops out. After taken to billing to pay my co-pay they take me over to the surgery side. I go back and wait for Dr Wiley to return. He pops in, I get set up on the machine, pop pop pop on one eye, pop pop pop on the other and done. Vision back to clear & normal!! For the approximately 1hr 30 min I spent here I was with Dr Wiley about 5 minutes. I could see a quick review of my eyes before the process, but a full no holds barred eye exam was a waste of my time, but again guess you have to justify the co-pay.

I went in for my first time for a consult. I didn't know what to expect. From start to end everyone was very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and all around a great experience.

Drove from Toledo, OH area to Avon Pointe location for cataract assessment for surgery with Dr. William Wiley. From the moment I walked in, this center was top shelf in their treatment of a new patient. I found their assessment of my condition to be most thorough with competent staff at each step of the process. Latest and best equipment was used to look deep into my eyes to identify any and all problems affecting my vision. Everyone including Dr. Wiley took the time to answer my questions and educate me. Most impressed with the caring staff and the prompt attention I received. I highly recommend this location for cataract patients.

The waiting area is comfortable, bright, and clean. The entire staff is friendly, efficient, and patient. Dr. Pierre is an award winning top notch person, thorough in every aspect, and a medical professional all while making you feel comfortable.

From the moment I walked in, I was treated with 1st class, friendly and attentive care for my cataract surgery. The check in procedure is quick and efficient, and the lady there was both friendly and in the holiday spirit. I can't say enough good things about Nicole, the person who ran me through my tests. She was really great, and made me feel confident about my upcoming procedure. Dr. Doubler, my anesthesiologist, was another standout. She had fantastic bedside manner and made me feel far more comfy knowing she was close by. The procedure is a success. I can see again.

I had an allergic reaction to some antibiotic eye drops given at the ER for pink eye. The doctors here saw me immediately. They diagnosed the allergic reaction and started me on some corticosteroid drops. My eye has cleared up nicely. Thank you Cleveland Eye Center

My eye care at Cleveland Eye Clinic Avon Point is exceptional. Dr. Kosmidis inspires . confidence with his competance and kind demeanor. He answered my questions and I know the plan of care. The Eye team works well together and efficiently. I go out of my network to continue my care there.

I was referred to Cleveland Eye Clinic for cataract removal surgery. Today was my evaluation . Dr. Pierre and the whole staff were very informative about what to expect throughout the procedure. Everyone was very friendly.
