The whole experience was great. I take my 95-year-old mom to see Dr Rao. She was first seen by Sebastian who made my mom’s and my day by conducting the whole intake process in Spanish. Not only did he put her at ease, by I was touched by how patient and respectful he was to my mom. Dr. Rao always thorough and with excellent bedside manner communicated bad news in the best way possible. His assistant was nice as well. I love this office and would recommend to friends and family.

My experience today was excellent. Lexus, the tech, made me very comfortable and was most efficient in giving me the eye test and collecting tear samples.
Dr. Chester was in his usual professional mode and gave me excellent care and advice.

The Cleveland Eye Clinic, Brecksville location, office staff were helpful personable and knowledgeable.
I am impressed with the dedication and knowledge of the medical staff in regards to my glaucoma treatment.
