I went in today to get my eye exam. I gotta say. The staff all all is so friendly. The paperwork was simple. The tech to check out my eyes and eye exam wonderful. The associate to help me with my glasses very very helpful. I'm happy. They treat you like family.

We used to go to Pearle Vision but live walking distance from this place so decided to try it out. My husband had scheduled his eye checkup before me (when I called, the lady on the phone was not enthusiastic to find the best fitting time and date for me, at all), when he went, worth noting we have vision insurance, the doc told him he sees something and they need an additional scan which will be extra, my husband agreed not thinking much about it, that additional scan was inconclusive so the doc referred my husband to some specialists and didn’t give him the prescription. We got billed $200 for that absolutely useless scan and had to pay another $200+ at the specialists’ place. This was the most expensive eye visit I have ever seen in my life. Needless to say, we will not be back and never ever will recommend this place to anyone. They also held my husband’s prescription hostage, until we had paid off the balance.
