Front desk employee told me my insurance would cover the appointment. Showed me a paper with my son’s name, date of birth and everything that would be completely covered. Then called me around 7:30 that night to let me know it wasn’t covered and if I don’t pay she would have to pay “out of her own pocket.” She ended up telling me to, “Have a good night,” since she would be paying for my son’s exam out of her pocket! Then hanging up on me, what?! Can’t reach a manager and now have to go in there and deal with it face to face. The doctors are great, the receptionist makes it not worth it.

Dr. Kegel is our favorite. Always an incredible experience. The staff at the front are also top-notch and make every experience a pleasurable one. I had an issue come up with a brand new contact lens, that was due to user error on my part, but they had me fixed up within minutes of me popping by unannounced. What a blessing.

Dr. Corrigan and staff were 1st class in every way..... Professional, prompt, explained things clearly (which is not easy to this 80 year old), and did not attempt to "upgrade me" either for the exam itself or for the glasses.
Highly recommend !
