The front desk personnel were friendly and incredibly helpful. The technician, Craig, was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He talked me through the entire process. He really kicked off the patient care experience on a high note. The doctor was thorough and pleasant to talk to. I had a great experience. Which is good because I will be coming back for a procedure and more follow up appointments. I really do feel like I am in good hands, and I’m certain I will taken care of with this team.

I have been seeing Dr. Betsy Nguyen for over 15 years for my Acute Glaucoma treatment. I was transferred there from UCLA Jule Stein Institute. She has always been warm, professional and taken personal interest in my care. Her exams are thorough, Dr. Nguyen and her staff have always been courteous and kind. She always explains the diagnosis, treatment plan, alternatives very clearly. I am very grateful for her care. Her office is always clean, waiting area is comfortable and staff is very helpful.

Staff is supportive, pleasant, efficient, and professional. The optometrists were great during follow-ups (responsive and thorough).
Dr Marvasti that performed my surgeries is a miracle worker and very pleasant to meet with.
Coastal Vision medical group is top tier and easily the best run medical group I have worked with.
