I called at 5:29 and they were closing at 5:30. Kristen answered and was happy to help me. She went above and beyond and was helping me even after she was supposed to be closing. Also, she had what I had asked for sent to me in under 5 minutes. GREAT SERVICE!

I have been going to Coble eye Associates for years and absolutely love him and his team. The front desk gals are kind.

They will get you in and then tell you they can't accept your insurance or that it takes 24 hours to run it and then charge you way more than other eye doctors or make you reschedule. Do NOT go here. Terrible business practices. Terrible customer service.

This office demonstrated a complete disregard for custody orders, basic medical ethics, and professional conduct. Despite me having full residential custody, this practice allowed the other parent to: Remove my address from my child’s medical account and replace it with hers without my knowledge or consent Schedule and attend a doctor’s appointment outside of her parenting time, again without notifying or consulting me Be contacted first for glasses pickup, resulting in my child currently not having access to their prescribed glasses All of this was done while the office claims they “have the court orders on file,” which makes their actions even more alarming. To make matters worse, during phone calls I was repeatedly addressed as “ma’am” after explicitly identifying myself as the child’s father. This was corrected multiple times and continued anyway. Whether intentional or not, it was unprofessional, disrespectful, and escalated an already serious situation. Medical offices do not get to pick sides in custody matters, alter patient records at one parent’s request, or ignore the custodial parent. This behavior directly harmed my child’s continuity of care and access to necessary medical equipment. If you are a co-parent—especially in a high-conflict or court-ordered custody situation—do not trust this office to follow orders, protect records, or act neutrally. I am documenting everything and escalating appropriately. I would strongly recommend management review their policies before this happens to another family.

Hire someone better to answer phones!!! The male that answered was extremely rude, I ended up scheduling at mission eyecare and I’m very happy with that. I reccomend to everyone in the area!! Mission eye care!! That man whos answering phones is going to run off all their patients. Couldnt even answer the phone at first. had to call me back multiple times. Terrible customer service you are an eye doctor DO BETTER. No wonder business is so poor. I would honestly just hire someone better. Hospitality is very poor here

I highly recommend Coble Eye Associates. Dr. Karen Stephens performed a very comprehensive informative eye exam on myself. Dr. Stephens was friendly and professional; providing a detailed explanation of my vision health. The staff was professional and engaging. It was a very good experience from the moment I entered the door to the moment I exited.

I’ve been going here for years and whenever I go, it’s always pleasant visit from the Admin at the desk to the Eye Doctor. My kids and I love going there. I live in Shawnee and will drive the extra miles just because of the experience. Thank you for all you do!!

We typically see Dr Brian Coble but both doctors are wonderful. My husband and I have been coming here for years. They are honest and patient with all our questions. We recently had an eye emergency with our 5year old child and they were able to get us in for a same day appointment. Highly recommend this office. Thank you.

Wonderful experience. The staff was extremely helpful with picking out the right frames and lenses. The Doctor was very nice and recommended eye drops for allergies that actually work. He even offered to write a prescription if needed if the recommended eye drops didn't work. I got a call later in the day to let me know the frames I ordered were on back order. They ordered a different color for me so I can have my new script while I wait for a couple months for the frames I want to come in. Over all I am super happy!

I've been going to Dr. Mark Coble for over 30 years. He's a great Optometrist and I highly recommend him. He's always had pleasant staff that are very helpful in helping you pick the right frame for your face. If you're searching for a good eye doctor - search no more - you've found one!

To the point. After almost a 30 minute wait past my appointment time which was the second appointment after lunch, I got up and walked out. I took time off from work and scheduled other appointments Immediately after this one. Your disregard for my time is rude, crude and unacceptable. And you have the nerve to text me five times in the prior three weeks to confirm my appointment. Since this is not the first occurrence, it will be the the last as I will find another office that is respectful of the patients time.

Just had a very strange visit to Dr Coble's office. I called last week to see if they could buff the scratches out of my glasses & was told bring them in. You don't need an appointment. We had discussed my glasses were two years old at the time. I called this morning and said I just wanted to make sure your open I'm going to buzz by to see if you can buff the scratches out of my glasses.
