It was great! Easy eye exam, I got to use my own process to choose frames and got lots of help and support. I DO like frames I bought they’re very strong and affordable. Zero complaints here.

I will never return back to this place I visit Coehens on Monday 9/25. They never call you to confirm your appointment I had to call them to confirm. The doctor was about 30 mins to 1 hour late. The staff was not friendly and welcoming at all starting with the front desk and the staff who did my eye examination it appears that they’re having a bad day or may hate their job. Not to mention this place is very expensive.

I went there for a diabetic eye exam. It clearly says they do the exam in the window. They did not dialate my pupils like other diabetic eye exams I received in other places. Eye techician asked me to press button everytime i saw a dot which I did but he could care less as he was on his phone thruout the procedure. Then Dr. saw me. Exam was incomplete. No dilating of pupils was done. I gave the front desk before the eye exam my Medcare and Eyemed insurance information. After getting my frames they charged me $300 plus an extra $9 to put it on my credit card. I also found the frames for a lot less money ($69) on the internet. I do not recommend this place if you need professional services. I got conned. Eyemed said they never got a claim. They charged me out of pocket. As a senior citizen, I was a easy prey. Next time I will never go there ever again.
