The provider was amazing (10/10), but the process of simply sending my prescription for my contact lenses was horrible. I’ve been wearing contacts most of my life. I simply needed to refill my prescription which did not change. The fact that I needed to wait two days to report that the contacts worked fine for me … just to have the prescription sent to me… even though I’ve worn literally the same prescription before is ridiculous. I needed the order placed so that I could get my contacts in time for vacation and it was a whole ridiculous and unnecessary process, not to mention a delay.. just to have my prescription sent to me. Ridiculous. I’ve never experienced a delay in receiving a prescription for contact lenses that did not change before. As I’m writing this, I STILL don’t have my prescription.

They took my daughter in at the last minute on a Sunday after she had lost her glasses and were able to provide me with excellent service and care. The turn around was amazing, considering I walked out of there an hour later with a new pair of glasses and contact lenses for my daughter! Amazing...

This was my first visit and found the staff and Dr. Bader to be welcoming and thorough. Dr. Bader is a terrific listener and you truly feel you’ve been heard. Highly recommended!
