Just had my yearly eye exam today, 1/8/22. As always, amazing service by everyone at this office! Despite a minor issue with my insurance upon arrival, Andrea did an amazing job contacting VSP and getting everything sorted out. She was super helpful, kind and courteous throughout my visit and was a pleasure to work with. Andrea’s service specifically is a great asset to the office! Her coworker was so friendly and helpful as well, really a great staff there overall. Dr. Rao as always was top notch, gave me informative feedback about my eye health and answered all my questions. I’ve been going to this location for years and will continue to, really a great experience overall.

Sam is very great. She definitely adds to your team! The Trumbull Cohens is my home location. I normally haven’t purchased glasses in a while because I wear my contacts. Because of Sam I purchased glasses also. She’s definitely a keeper! Every visit is truly phenomenal. You definitely feel at home here.
