Total incompetence! Went in for exam with Dr. Waller a couple months ago. He said there would be a small change to my lenses and highly recommended progressive lenses. I gave them a pair of glasses I had and asked that they put them in these. When I picked them up I was given specific instructions to not ware while driving until my eyes adjusted to the new lenses, about 10 days. After 10 days I went back and told them I can't even ware them. I had to get re-tested, so I allowed Dr. Waller to examine me again. He stated "there was not change" and "your prescription is right where I thought it was originally". They had me pick out a new frame free of charge stating this should work. I didn't. Last visit they sat me down with someone who measured the strength of the lenses. She told me that the strength was adjusted to a lesser strength by Dr. Waller upon re-examination. At that point I had given up but I had to get further testing for glaucoma and I chose a different office all together where I was informed that my original prescription has not changed at all. So, instead of Dr. Waller saying your eyesight hasn't changed the first exam, he created this major problem and hundreds of dollars later I paid for glasses that I can't ware. Not to mention what my insurance has paid. I have proof of this in writing from another office so needless to say I'd avoid this office like the plague!

Total incompetence. Have been a 10 year customer at the mall, everything was great. Port Saint Lucie staff is awful. Lost our glasses and then wouldn't help find them. Manager told Carlos to help us, he totally ignored him. Told me he was not going to help us because we were rude. Carlos should be fired on the spot. 9 out of 10 people had problems picking up glasses while we waited. P
